Ithink, between all versions, I have played Darkest Dungeon more than I would recommend to any gamer. Or not, because this game has the peculiarity of feeling fresh whenever you return to it, like that board game that patiently waits for your friends to come to play.ĭespite its origin on PC, I really enjoyed the PS4 and PS Vita versions , as it is a title that fits very well with portable comfort, while with the option of Cross Save and Cross Play I could take it to the console of desktop at any time. The Switch version does not need so much management, thanks to Nintendo’s hybrid bet, so it gains the portable comfort (and those extra inches that the screen needed for so much information that the game contains), while it does not lose the scheme control with remote that requires all the buttons to be agile.Įven so, the control always gives one of lime and another of sand. While over the hours we will be able to master all their actions and shortcuts of key combinations, in the first few we will be able to make some mistakes that can even be fatal for our heroes. On Nintendo Switch , however, not only is all the Joy-Con buttons used , but also its touch screen, so it will be easier for us to select some options, drag heroes and objects or manage our inventory. We go back to Darkest Dungeon, we go back to the damn house. We cannot escape it, but neither do we want to, because each new version is a new game that is done with pleasure. We take the occasion of its launch on Nintendo Switch to also talk about its DLCs, especially The Crimson Court.
